Courses may be purchased as:
One-time payment, or
Monthly installment plans, as specified during checkout
Course access is granted upon receipt of the first payment.
After course enrollment, membership to The Deolix Academy becomes available at $75/month, beginning in the third month after course purchase. Membership is:
Billed monthly
Can be cancelled at any time by the user through their account settings or by contacting support
We offer a 21-day refund for courses if the user has completed the first two modules. Refund requests must be submitted within 21 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are not available for users who progress beyond module three.
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable, but users may cancel at any time to avoid future billing.
You agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. You may not:
Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any course material without our written consent
Use our community features to post harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive content
Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts
Use our content or platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
All content made available through The Deolix Academy — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, lesson materials, designs, text, logos, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Deolix Group LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any materials without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
Your payment fails or is disputed
You engage in behavior that disrupts the community or platform integrity
Upon termination, you lose access to all course and membership materials.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any course material or coaching content. We are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, HighLevel)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.
We use third-party platforms (such as Kajabi, Stripe, and HighLevel) to deliver our services. These platforms may have their own terms and privacy practices, which you agree to comply with.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
